I had once weighed 112 lbs - 118 lbs, but when I got up to 124, I tried to diet to lose weight. I lost a little, then gained more back. The more I tried, the more I gained. I worked at a job where I had to work so many hours that eating right was a challenge and to keep my energy up, I drank a LOT of sodas. Justin and I were doing well when we first married - 5 yrs ago - I had lost 15 lbs with 50 lbs more to go and he only had 5 - 10 lbs more to lose, but after I started gaining weight with my first pregnancy, he did, too. I lost mine initially, but then gained it back - and then some. When I got pregnant with my second child, he gained weight with me. I lost weight after the baby initially, then gained some of it back. I'm tired of being fat and not finding clothes that complement my figure. My children don't notice, but I do. I don't have the energy I want to have to run and play with them. As of 1/7/2008, I need to lose 95 lbs and Justin needs to lose 60 lbs for a combined weight loss of 155 lbs. |
